Dr
Leslie, in the many years that I was taught and trained by many
academics and professionals, I have never come across someone
whom has truly inspired me and moved me in the riveting way that
you do. Aside from the invaluable guidance you have showered on
us, I have learnt more from the few weeks in your class than I
have learnt over the years.
Your teachings go beyond textbooks and mere experiences as it
also creeps into the core of every element of life and how it
plays into a subject. You've shown me and I'm sure, countless
of others too, the meaning and measure of success. Not to forget,
your unique creativity and humour in our lessons to get many points
and concepts across.
Teachings like yours are hard to come by, and I am glad that I
had such a rare opportunity to soak it in. It has been an honour
and a pleasure indulging in your lessons, and I would be so proud
to one day be even half the person you are. With all my heart,
thank you. |

Hello Leslie,
I know it may be a Cliché to say you, Leslie are one
of the best lecturers, but it’s a fact. I have had the best
learning experience from your lectures. I have studied in the
USA for 4 years where I did my 10+2 and Diploma in Hospitality
and Tourism Management, but never came across a professor like
you, Leslie.
Your lectures are not literally lectures but a tour to reality.
You share your personal experiences and examples that you give
to explain the subject matter are mostly your own individual encounters
which I really appreciate. In my whole class there must be at
least 50-60 students and I don’t remember even a single
person complaining about not liking your class.
By creating a very friendly, comfortable, relaxed environment
and your deep knowledge about the subject makes the learning much
better experience. It was my pleasure and such an excellent opportunity
to get educated under such a knowledgeable and brilliant professor.
Thanking You

Hi
Dr Leslie,
It has been my pleasure to be taught by you. You have been one
of the best hospitality lecturers i have ever met. The lively
sessions and uncountable hands-on practical examples you quote
to us in class have been so helpful that even while im now working
in the travel industry now, the theories keep reliving in my head.
It's been a wonderful experience.
Thanks for all the knowledge and help rendered.
Keep on rocking, and God bless!

This
testimonial below is dedicated to Leslie.
The first time I saw you I was thinking that you are a type of
a lecturer that would make the class bored, not interesting, .
.hehe... But guess what... I think i'm wrong. Week after week,
i get along with you well and as well as the other students. I
found the way you taught us so different from the other lecturers
that had taught me. Your jokes is obviously funny and it would
make us laugh out so loud sometimes. Moreover, the way you dressed
makes you really look like a professional lecturer. You r a happening
teacher , a really fantastic lecturer, the way you taught can
really capture our attention.
Many thanks also from me, for helping me doing the assignment,
your guides helped me alot. So basically, what i thought about
you from the beginning of the semester was totally wrong.....
That is why you said 'Don't judge a book from its cover' but i
guess we all did.
Ohhhhh.... i wish some day you can teach us again... hahaha...
An unforgettable lecturer.heheh....
See you, God Bless you and keep in touch....

Leslie is
a lecturer who is one of a kind. He is a blend of humour, intelligence,
creativity and sarcasm ( of which I was a victim, nevertheless I
enjoyed it every time). Very few can make students experience the
scenario of real world in classroom, which he shared with us remarkably.
From minute one till the very last, his classes were awesome. Every
minute of class I missed, I was left with regret. And now as the
school is over, I wish we could have had him more in other modules.
It is hard to criticize such a perfectionist, Hats off to him!!!"

"Great
lecturer, quirky sense of humor. Differentiates raw memorization
versus actual understanding of the important concepts and effectively
relates the link between theory and practice. Very well-intentioned
professor. Knowledgeable, has a superior command over the fundamentals
and very much experienced in the module arena. Best
I have ever had. Dedicated and never ceases to provide
help!"

“Dr
Leslie, Firstly i would like to say to you a VERY big thanks for
coming to EASB and being our teacher and that I was amongst those
lucky students who had an opportunity to learn so many things
from u during the past weeks and I really even envy the other
college students whom you have already taught. You are one amongst
those teachers whom I just cannot forget but you will be my very
favorite and the one who I would really like to give credit for
making me or at least teaching me some things that I was unaware
of .
Dr Leslie really speaking you are the ULTIMATE LECTURER I have
seen, till now and I even know that all the students say the same
about u but this is my feelings that I wanted to share with u
, the jokes and the playful manner, the style of teaching u r
simply GREAT , and u should be very soon even called to be in
HARVARD School of business for lectures , because u have some
thing that is only with the Politicians and that is the technique
to make people listen to u and that's really great , all the class
tries not to miss any lectures of yours coz they know that they
might really miss one of the best classes of their term and that's
why I would somehow come to class, and even never be late by even
1 min coz I just didn't want to miss those very great moments
that u share in every second, during class .
I still remember the first lesson that u thought me was not in
the class room but in the canteen and I will never forget it .....
Thank you
